We do not use your Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the email automation services explicitly described above.

6 Google API Services — Limited Use Policy Compliance

This application complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Our use of data obtained via Google APIs is governed by the following strict limitations:

• Gmail data is used only to provide or improve the email automation features of this application.
• Gmail data is never used to serve advertisements of any kind.
• Gmail data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for purposes unrelated to this application.
• Gmail data is not transferred to third-party applications or services except as strictly required to run the described workflows (e.g., n8n, API endpoints controlled by Adiie9).
• Human access to your Gmail data is prohibited except: (i) with your express permission; (ii) for security investigation purposes; or (iii) as required by applicable law.
• Data obtained via Google APIs is not used to train machine learning or AI models.

7 Data Storage & Security

OAuth tokens and any temporarily cached Gmail data are stored on secured servers. We apply industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted storage (at rest and in transit via HTTPS/TLS).
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel and automated systems only.
• Regular security reviews of integrations and access points.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is entirely immune to security vulnerabilities. You use this application at your own risk. 8 Data Retention

We retain OAuth tokens and related data only for as long as they are necessary to operate your configured automation workflows. Specifically:

• OAuth access tokens: Retained until you revoke authorization or they expire.
• OAuth refresh tokens: Retained until you revoke authorization or until the application is no longer in use.
• Processed email content: Email data accessed via the API is processed in memory for workflow execution and is not permanently stored unless explicitly required by a specific workflow configuration.
• Server logs: Retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then securely deleted.

9 Third-Party Services

This application integrates with or relies upon the following third-party services:

• Google LLC (Gmail API, OAuth 2.0): Authorization and Gmail data access. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy.
• n8n (workflow automation): Email automation workflows may be executed via n8n, a self-hosted or cloud automation platform. When used, data flows within Adiie9-controlled infrastructure.
• Hosting infrastructure: This application is hosted on servers controlled by Adiie9. Third-party hosting providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not share your Gmail data with any third party beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the workflow automation services described in this policy.

10 Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Deletion: Request deletion of your data from our systems.
• Revocation: Revoke OAuth access at any time via your Google Account Permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all Gmail API access by this application.
