1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Adiie9 ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the Adiie9 G-app application accessible at gapp.adiie9.com.

By accessing this website, authorizing this application via Google OAuth, or otherwise using any feature of the Adiie9 G-app, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using this application on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Description of Service

Adiie9 G-app is a Gmail API integration application operated by Adiie9 (www.adiie9.com). It enables:

• Programmatic sending of emails via the Gmail API (gmail.send).
• Reading and retrieving email messages and metadata (gmail.readonly).
• Modifying email labels, status, and inbox organisation (gmail.modify).
• Full Gmail account management for advanced automation workflows (https://mail.google.com/).
• Integration with n8n automation workflows and custom API pipelines operated by Adiie9.

The service is provided on a private, internal basis for use by Adiie9 and authorized parties. It is not a publicly offered SaaS product. Access requires explicit authorization by an authorized Google account holder.

3 Google Account Authorization

To use this application, you must authorize it to access your Google account using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system. By doing so:

• You grant Adiie9 G-app the permissions associated with the scopes you authorize, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you are the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of the Google account being authorized.
• You acknowledge that this application will interact with your Gmail account on your behalf, including sending, reading, and modifying emails as configured by your automation workflows.
• You may revoke this application's access at any time via your Google Account settings. Revocation immediately terminates the application's Gmail API access.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities performed under your authorized session.

4 Permitted Use

You may use Adiie9 G-app solely for the following lawful purposes:

• Executing email automation workflows as configured and authorized by you.
• Receiving, parsing, and processing emails as part of legitimate business or personal automation pipelines.
• Sending transactional, operational, or informational emails via configured n8n workflows or API integrations.
• Managing your Gmail inbox in an automated fashion to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Use of this application must at all times comply with:

• Google's Terms of Service
• Google API Services User Data Policy
• Gmail Programme Policies
• All applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5 Prohibited Use

You must not use Adiie9 G-app for any of the following:

• Sending spam, bulk unsolicited email, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or equivalent).
• Sending phishing emails, fraudulent messages, or emails intended to deceive recipients.
• Accessing or harvesting Gmail data of other users without their explicit consent.
• Using Gmail API access to circumvent Google's security policies or rate limits.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code via email workflows.
• Impersonating any person, company, or entity in outgoing messages.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with this application or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or granting access to this application to unauthorized third parties.
• Using this application in any manner that violates Google's Terms of Service or Gmail Policies.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access and report violations to Google or relevant authorities if prohibited use is detected.

6 Data and Privacy

Your use of this application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your Gmail data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable data protection laws. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, storage, and your rights.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on this website (gapp.adiie9.com) are the intellectual property of Adiie9, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

"Gmail" and the Gmail logo are trademarks of Google LLC. This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. References to Google products are purely descriptive of technical integration.

Workflow configurations, automation scripts, and API integrations developed by Adiie9 using this application remain the property of Adiie9 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Guarantees that Gmail API access will remain available or that Google will not modify, restrict, or revoke API access.

We do not guarantee the delivery, receipt, accuracy, or timeliness of any emails sent or received through this application. Email delivery is subject to Gmail service availability and recipient email server conditions beyond our control.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adiie9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use this application.
• Unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of your Gmail data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Gmail API services by Google.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in emails sent or processed through automation workflows.
• Actions taken by third parties in connection with your use of this application.

In no event shall Adiie9's total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of this application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adiie9, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Gmail API through this application.
• Any content sent via email workflows you have configured.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including Google's Terms of Service.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this application at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you are in violation of these Terms, Google's policies, or applicable law.

You may terminate your use of this application at any time by revoking authorization via your Google Account settings. Revocation constitutes termination of your use of this service.

Upon termination, Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) shall survive.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of this application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must revoke authorization and cease use of this application.
